All orders include free economy courier delivery. Your package will be handed over to the courier either on the day of your order, or the day following your order depending on when the order is placed. Delivery will then take place within 4 working days. 

If you choose the express courier option at checkout, you live in a main centre, and your order is placed before 1PM, your package will be handed over to the courier the same day, for delivery the next working day. Please note that on the odd occasion, the courier can experience delays which are beyond our control.

50km around each of the following areas are usually considered main centres - Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, Vaal Triangle, Kimberley, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Stellenbosch and Richards Bay.

Although we are responsible for arranging the replacement, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges. This includes shipping the product back to us, as well as back to the Ledger factory in France. We estimate this to cost around R600.
