We guarantee our products are 100% authentic and imported directly from the respective manufacturers.

The authenticity of your device will be confirmed each time you connect it to either Ledger Live or Trezor Suite through a cryptographic attestation check.

Importing directly is usually not as great as it seems. Some of the pain points are:

We carry stock locally. For all orders placed before 1pm, we will it over to the courier the same day.

We offer three shipping methods:

Economy courier - FREE for all orders over R999: 1-3 working days.

Express Courier - R99: 1-2 working days. Please note next day delivery is not guaranteed due to potential courier delays out of our control. If you select this option, we will always ship with the fastest delivery method available.

PUDO Locker - FREE for all orders over R999: 1-4 working days. Your order will be shipped to the closest PUDO Locker to your address completed at checkout. Should you want your order shipped to a different locker, add this to the order notes in the cart.

Due to the security-sensitive nature of cryptocurrency hardware wallets, returns may be restricted in certain circumstances.

Returns may not be accepted if:

• the manufacturer’s security seal has been broken
• the device has been initialised or used
• recovery phrases have been generated

Once a hardware wallet has been initialized, it cannot be safely resold as a new device because the security of the device can no longer be guaranteed.

For this reason, customers should contact support before opening a product if they believe a return may be required.

Ledger hardware wallets typically a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Trezor hardware wallets include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Flipper products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.
