Payment Authorisation

By placing an order on www.digiwallets.co.za, the customer confirms that they are the authorised cardholder or account holder of the payment method used.

Arcadia Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Additional verification may be requested before an order is processed.

 

Delivery Policy

Orders are typically dispatched on the same business day when payment is received before 1:00 PM.

Delivery is handled through the BobGo logistics platform, which integrates with courier partners including Internet Express and The Courier Guy.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will automatically receive tracking information via email. 

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier operations.

 If a parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, customers should contact digiwallets.co.za so that the matter can be investigated with the courier.

 

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the security-sensitive nature of cryptocurrency hardware wallets, returns may be restricted.

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • the manufacturer seal has been broken
  • the device has been initialised
  • recovery phrases have been generated

Once a hardware wallet has been initialised it cannot be safely resold as a new device.

Customers should contact support before opening a product if they believe a return may be required.


Cooling-Off Period

Under the provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers may have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 7 days of receiving goods.

However, due to the security nature of cryptocurrency hardware wallets, this cooling-off period may not apply once the device packaging has been opened or the device has been initialised.

 

Warranty

Certain products sold on digiwallets.co.za include manufacturer warranties.

 

Ledger Devices

Ledger devices typically include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • misuse or accidental damage
  • cosmetic wear
  • improper setup
  • loss of digital assets

 

Trezor Devices

Trezor devices generally include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

 

Warranty Administration

digiwallets.co.za may assist customers with initiating warranty claims where possible. Final warranty decisions are determined by the manufacturer.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.


Product Authenticity

Digiwallets sells genuine hardware wallet products sourced directly from manufacturers or authorised distributors.

All products sold on www.digiwallets.co.za are authentic and supplied through official distribution channels.


Cryptocurrency Security and Liability Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency hardware wallets are security devices designed to allow customers to manage their own digital assets.

digiwallets.co.za and Arcadia Group (Pty) Ltd do not have access to and cannot access:

  • private keys
  • recovery phrases
  • wallet passwords or PIN codes
  • cryptocurrency balances or transactions

 

Customers are solely responsible for securing their recovery phrase and managing their digital assets.

 

Limitation of Liability

Arcadia Group (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets resulting from:

  • lost recovery phrases
  • user setup errors
  • phishing attacks or scams
  • malware or compromised devices
  • incorrect transactions
  • third-party software
  • blockchain network issues

 

Customers accept full responsibility for managing their cryptocurrency assets.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos and software is the property of Arcadia Group (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.
