We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast and reliable delivery across South Africa.

Shipping Options

Free Economy Courier

Orders over R999 qualify for free economy courier delivery.

Economy delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on location.

Orders Under R999

Orders below R999 are charged a flat courier fee of R99.

Express Delivery

An Express Courier option is available for R99.

Express delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on location.
Next-day delivery may be possible for certain main centre destinations but cannot be guaranteed.

PUDO Locker

PUDO Locker delivery typically takes 1-4 working days, depending on location. Your order will be shipped to the closest PUDO Locker to your address completed at checkout. Should you want your order shipped to a different locker, add this to the order notes in the cart.

Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM on a business day to be dispatched the same day.

 

Order Dispatch

Orders are typically handed over to the courier on the same business day when placed before 1:00 PM.

Orders placed:

  • after 1:00 PM on Friday
  • on Saturday
  • on Sunday
  • on public holidays

will be dispatched on the next business day (usually Monday).

 

Delivery Areas

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Main centres generally receive delivery within 1–3 working days, and often faster.

Areas within approximately 50 km of the following cities are generally considered main centres:

  • Pretoria
  • Polokwane
  • Rustenburg
  • Nelspruit
  • Vaal Triangle
  • Kimberley
  • Bloemfontein
  • Cape Town
  • George
  • Port Elizabeth
  • East London
  • Durban
  • Pietermaritzburg
  • Stellenbosch
  • Richards Bay


Outlying Areas

Deliveries to areas outside of main centres (generally more than 50 km from the cities listed above) may require additional delivery time, depending on courier routes and availability.

 

Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will automatically receive tracking information via email from the courier so that the delivery can be monitored.

 

Collections

We do not offer order collections.

Digiwallets operates as an online-only store and does not have a physical retail location.

All orders are delivered via courier.
