O.MG Malicious Cable Detector

The O.MG Malicious Cable Detector is a compact USB security tool designed to help identify USB cables that may contain embedded electronics or hidden hardware. Developed by the creators of the O.MG Cable platform, it is intended for cybersecurity professionals, IT administrators, researchers, and organisations that need to inspect cables before connecting them to trusted devices. 

Operating as an inline USB device, the detector analyses the electrical and behavioural characteristics of connected cables and alerts the user if known signatures associated with modified or implanted cables are detected. It also functions as a USB data blocker when configured for charging-only scenarios, providing an additional layer of protection when using unknown charging cables or public USB ports.
